Alpex Solar has selected Cliantech Solutions to design and implement a fully automated 1.2 GW solar panel manufacturing line at their new facility in Kosi Kotwan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. This expansion is part of Alpex Solar’s strategy to double its production capacity and contribute to India’s growing solar manufacturing sector.
With the addition of the new facility, the company’s total capacity will be enhanced to 1.2 GW this year.
The company also plans to add an additional 1.2 GW capacity to its Kosi facility in 2025, increasing the company’s cumulative capacity to 2.4 GW.
Alpex Solar panels are widely used and have been empaneled with leading public sector undertakings (PSUs) and approved by major entities such as NTPC, Coal India Limited (CIL), and NLC India Limited (NLC).
Key suppliers include GAORUN for line automation, Visual for laminators, ASICPY for EL testers, and HSPV for sun simulators and IV testers.
