Tender document for Design Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning including 5 years Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) of Off Grid Solar Power Plant tobe installed at Nagaland University at: 1.Medziphema Campus, Dimapur & 2. Kohima Campus, Kohima.
Technical Eligibility Criteria:
The Bidder should have experience in design, supply, manufacturing, testing, installation and commissioning of Grid connected / Off Grid Solar PV Power Project with minimum 50 kW aggregate capacity of solar PV array during last three years. The list of project commissioned indicating whether the project is grid connected or offgrid, along with a copy of the commissioning certificate, Work Completion Report and Work order from the Client/Owner shall be submitted online in support of Clause1.1.2 above as per the format prescribed in this NIT (Format -3).
Financial Eligibility Criteria:
The bidder should submit the Annual Turnover certificate (Excluding the auditor‟s report) duly signed by a registered Chartered Accountant. The average annual Turn Over for the last three year of the bidder should not be less than Rs.1 Crores and shall be submitted online as per the format prescribed in this NIT (Format – 5).
The work shall be completed within 12 (Twelve) month from the date of award of work contract and signing of Contract Agreement.
DNRE shall mean the Director or his representative of Directorate of New & Renewable Energy, Old Industry Office Building, Upper Chandmari, Kohima : 797 001, Nagaland and shall also include its successors in interest and assignees.
