DCRUST, Murthal (Sonepat) intends to invite bids for Providing and installation of 01 MWp capacity roof top SPV plant including Designing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, Storage, allied Civil works, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of the grid connected rooftop solar PV project alongwith Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of the project for a period of 25 years under RESCO mode at DCRUST, Murthal (Sonepat) on a fixed tariff. DCRUST, Murthal (Sonepat) would pay the successful bidder on a monthly basis for the solar power generated which would be ascertained based on the meter reading.
The fixed tariff for this project should not exceed the minimum per unit rate fixed by
the SECI for State of Haryana for the year 2018-19 i.e. ` 3.32 per KWh and bid with excess to per unit (KWh) fixed tariff will be rejected.
TECHNICAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
The Bidder should be System Integrator, Project Developer, RESCO Company or a body incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 including any amendment thereto or proprietary/partnership/consortium firm empanelled /enlisted with govt nodal agency like HAREDA, SECI etc. in solar power since last five years upto the date of publishing tender notice. A copy of certificate of incorporation and documentary evidence of solar experience shall be furnished along with the bid in support of above.
FINANCIAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
The bidder should have minimum average annual turnover equal to 30 % of the total estimated value of quoted capacity in the last three years, ending 31st March of the previous Financial Year. (Document to be uploaded: The format for annual Turnover duly certified by CA).
