Major Technical Eligibility Criteria::
- The consultancy firm must have experience in establishing at least two long-term Project Management Units (PMUs) or providing Project Management Consultancy services on a retainer-ship basis.
- These services should have been rendered to Central/State Government Agencies, Utilities, Smart City Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), or Regulatory Commissions in the Renewable Energy or Energy sector over the past six years.
Financial Eligibility:
- The bidder should demonstrate an overall minimum average annual turnover of Rs 25 Crores in the Power/Renewable Energy sector from professional/consultancy/advisory services in the last three financial years: 2020-2021, 2021-2022, and 2022-2023.
- Additionally, the bidder must have a positive net worth in the same three financial years.
