The Rate Contract for Design, supply, installation and commissioning of Roof Top Solar Energy Plants at various locations of GAIL shall be valid for two (02) years from the date of intimation of award of rate contract through FOA/LOA whichever is earlier.
Period For Comprehensive O&M Services:
The contract period for comprehensive O&M shall be valid for five (05) years from the date
of successful completion/commissioning of project at respective site(s).The Defect liability
period of one (01) year shall be part of comprehensive O&M period of five (05) years
for respective site.
Total Contract Period:
The overall validity of rate contract/outline agreement shall be Seven (07) years from the
date of intimation of award of rate contract through FOA/LOA.
However, the contract period for respective site shall be six months for installation &
commissioning after issuance of release order and five years for O&M from the date of
commissioning. For details refer SCC Clause No. 4 – Mobilization period and duration of
contract.
TECHNICAL CRITERIA:
Bidder must have successfully completed Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Solar plants of a minimum total capacity of 0.8 MWp in a single work order in any Government / PSU / Private sector companies in last Seven (07) years from the bid due date.
Bidder must have been operating in India for more than two (02) years in solar energy sector.
Bidder must have successfully carried out Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of a solar project of a minimum capacity 0.8 MWp for atleast one year period in last Seven (07) years.
FINANCIAL CRITERIA:
Turnover: The minimum Annual Turnover of the Bidder must be Rs. 5.60 Crores as per their audited financial statement in any one of the three preceding financial years.
Net worth: Net worth of the Bidder shall be Positive as per the last audited financial statement.
Working capital: Working Capital of the bidder must be minimum Rs. 1.12 Crores in last audited financial year.
EMD Amount in ₹: Rs 22,82,000.00
