Government of Himachal Pradesh through Himurja invites proposals from Himachali Entrepreneurs for setting up of Ground Mounted Solar Power Projects of Capacity ranging 250KW to 500KW each, in the State to be set up by the applicant(s) on Private land and/or Pvt. Land purchased/ acquired on lease basis. The entrepreneurs will have to take up the work from concept to commissioning including feasibility survey and investigation. Bonafide Himachali Individuals are eligible to apply for this scheme. Besides, Partnership Firm and Private Limited Companies havina. 100% share holding of Bonafide Himachalis are also eligible to apply for the project under the scheme.
The application format and detailed guidelines are available on the website of Himurja i.e. http://www.himurja.hp.gov.in. The applicant will have to apply online and no other form of application will be accepted. The link for filing online application will be available on the website of HIMURJA i.e http://www.himurja.hp.gov.in. The link will remain open from 9-10-2019 at 10.00 A.M. and will close on 23-10-2019 at 5.00 P.M. The applicant will have to deposit an application fee of Rs 5000=00 (Non refundable) through RTGS in HIMURJA account as per details mentioned in the scheme.
The allotment will be done on First Come First Serve basis.
IMPORTANT:
Only one project will be allotted to an applicant. If the applicant applies for more than one project individually and/or in Partnership Firm/Private Limited Company, his cumulative claim as per share in respective projects should not exceed the capacity of 500 kWp.
The applicants who have earlier been allotted a project under the same scheme during 2018-19 will not be considered under this scheme.
The applicants will have to furnish documents regarding the ownership of the land or lease deed/Letter of comfort (Consent of the Land Owner to give land on lease) with the land owner where he or she intends to set up the Solar Power Project.
The applicant will have to submit proof of sufficient funds for setting up of Solar Power Project as per details given in the scheme.
The applicant will have to get approval from the Assistant Engineer, I I.P.S.E.B.L. of the concerned Sub-Division where he or she intends to set up the Solar Project for connectivity and submit the same with the application.
The applicant will have to furnish Bonafide certificate.
The Government of Himachal Pradesh reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason.
The applications not submitted on the prescribed format and not accompanied with application fee & requisite documents shall not be accepted and shall be rejected out rightly.
