e-Tenders in two parts from the eligible bidders are invited for design, engineering, procurement & supply, construction, commissioning and comprehensive operation & maintenance for five (5) years extendable for another five (5) years of 20MW ground mounted Solar Photovoltaic Grid-connected Powerplant at Old Ash Dyke (FTPS) Faridabad, Haryana.
The bids are invited for 20 MW Solar Photovoltaic Grid-connected project, which comprises of 20 MW cumulative capacity of all solar PV modules under Standard Test Conditions (STC) as per IEC61215. The successful bidder shall comply that the maximum AC capacity which shall not exceed 20 MW AC, maximum lower limit shall be -10%, measured at metering point. Wherever 20 MW capacity mentioned is to be considered as a 20 MW AC capacity.
The general scope of work for the 20 MW Solar Photovoltaic Grid-connected power plant involves Engineering, Procurement & Supply and Construction (EPC) of the grid connected solar photovoltaic power plant, commissioning and evacuation of power into the HVPNL/ DisCom’s 66 KV substation corresponding to the guaranteed plant performance in the form of guaranteed energy output.
Pre-Qualifying Requirements (PQRs)/ Eligibility Conditions:
TECHNICAL:
The Bidder shall have an experience of design, supply, installation and commissioning and Operation & Commissioning of at least two Solar Power Plants in India of capacity 5 MW or more, which have been successfully commissioned after 01 January 2012 and in operation for at least one (1) years as on the Deadline for Submission of Bid.
The Bidder shall have an experience of design, supply, installation and commissioning of solar photovoltaic based grid connected power plant(s) of cumulative installed capacity of 25 MW or above in or outside India, with a minimum megawatt scale of plant.
FINANCIAL:
Average Annual Turnover in last three (3) consecutive financial years shall be at least Rupees Ten Crore Only (Rs. 10,00,00,000/-).
In case audited annual report of FY 2018-19 is not available at the time of submission of Bid, Provisional Annual Accounts (Balance Sheets, P&L along with schedules) for FY2018-19 may be submitted by the bidders and final audited annual report for FY 2018-19 may be submitted after 30th Sep 2019, latest by 15.10.2019.
