The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy(MNRE),Government of India released Updated List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) Sep 2022.
With the objective of ensuring reliability of Solar PV manufacturers and to protect the consumer interests and ensure larger energy security of the country, Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE), on 02.01.2019, has issued “Approved Models and Manufacturers of Solar Photovoltaic Modules (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2019”.
The order provides for enlistment of eligible models and manufacturers of solar PV cells and modules complying with the BIS Standards and publish the same in a list called the “Approved List of Models and Manufacturers” (ALMM).
