Online Bids are invited for and on behalf of NHDC Ltd. through Domestic Competitive
Bidding with e-Reverse Auction (e-RA) in Single Stage-Two Part Bidding basis (i.e. Part-
I:-Technical-Bid and Part-II:-Financial Bid) with e-Reverse Auction (e-RA) from eligible
bidders for “Design, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Contract for 25
MW capacity (13MW + 12MW) Floating Solar Power Project at Omkareshwar Reservoir,
Khandwa district in the state of MP with its Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance
for 5 years”.
TECHNICAL CRITERIA:
The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed a Solar Power
Project during the last seven (07) years on Engineering, Procurement and Construction
(EPC) basis, as a Contractor, having capacities as below, as on the last date of the
month prior to the bid submission date:
A Solar Power Project of at least 20 MW Capacity
or
Two Solar Power projects of at least 12.5 MW Capacity each
or
Three Solar Power projects of at least 10 MW Capacity each.
Floatation Device Technology Provider: The bidder should propose name of the float
technology provider with whom they expect to tie-up for supply of the floats. Bidder may
propose any number of vendors (including bidders own design) along with their credentials as part of their technical bid. However, prior to signing of the contract agreement, the
successful bidder shall communicate their finalised float vendor.
The bidder should have successful experience of Operation & Maintenance for a 10 MW Solar
Power Project for at least one year during the preceding seven (07) years, as on the last date of the month prior to the bid submission date.
Turnover: Annual turnover of the bidder should be a minimum of Rs. 259 Crores in any one of the last three preceding financial years ending 31st March 2019.
