Pre-Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
- Technical Criteria:
- The bidder should have manufactured and supplied central inverters of 1.1 MW or higher capacity to a cumulative capacity of 150 MW in one or more orders for Solar Power Plant to Government/Quasi Govt./PSUs./Public Limited Companies/Private Limited Companies, in the last 7 years.
- The supplied central inverter should be in successful operation for at least one year from the date of commissioning as on the original scheduled date of tender opening.
- Financial Criteria:
- The bidder shall have a positive net worth as per the latest audited financial statements.
- The average annual turnover of the bidder should not be less than 19.70 Crore for the last three (3) consecutive financial years.
