Petronet LNG Limited issued tender for 100 KW Grid Tied Roof Top Solar System at Petronet LNG Limited, Dahej Terminal, Gujarat

Petronet LNG Limited (PLL), a company promoted by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (“BPCL”), GAIL (India) Limited (“GAIL”), Indian Oil Corporation Limited (“IOC”) and Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited (“ONGC”), is engaged in the business of import, storage, regasification and marketing of Liquefied Natural Gas in India.

The company invites bids from the prospective bidders for “Supply, Installation & Commissioning of 100 KW Grid Tied Roof Top Solar System” at Petronet LNG Limited, Dahej Terminal. Bids to be submitted in accordance with the Tender Document reference no. PLL/DHJ/EL/7505/2019.

The Bidder should meet the techno-commercial Bid Evaluation Criteria (BEC) as stated below and any Bidder not meeting the same will be rejected.

The Bidder shall submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for an amount of INR 1,59,000/- (Indian Rupees One Lakh Fifty Nine Thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee in favor of Petronet LNG Ltd. The Bank Guarantee should be from a scheduled / nationalized bank.

The average annual turnover of the Bidder in similar requirement shall be minimum INR 99, 55,000/- (Indian Rupees Ninety Nine Lakh Fifty Five Thousand only) during the financial year 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18. The Bidder shall submit balance sheet, profit and loss account and Income Tax Return copies for last three financial year duly certified by statutory auditor of the company.

Net worth of the Bidder should be positive during preceding financial year.

The Bidder should have following similar experience during last five years; the last 5 (five) years shall be counted from the last day of bid submission date.

One (01) similar contract of value not less than INR 60 Lakh; or,
Two (02) similar contracts of value not less than INR 32 Lakh each; or,
Three (03) similar contracts of value not less than INR 21 Lakh each; or,

The Bidder shall submit work /service order copy (ies) and/or their completion certificate(s) in support of the above.

The Bidder should have executed at least one single order for design, supply, installation and commissioning at least 500 KWp capacity for any of the organization/company/Govt. Institution.
