Domestic Content Requirement:
- Both solar PV cells and modules must be manufactured in India.Modules must be sourced from manufacturers listed in the ALMM list by MNRE.All process steps from wafers to final assembly must be performed in India for crystalline silicon technology.

- Bidders must meet technical eligibility criteria either from Route I (existing manufacturing facility) or Route II (facility under pipeline/construction).Minimum manufacturing facility capacity: 133 MWp/annum for bid submission for a package capacity of 100 MWp.
Financial Eligibility Conditions:
- Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) requirement: INR 99 Crores for the last three financial years (FY 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23).
