Shivamogga is selected as smart city in the second round of Smart city competition. As
per the smart city guide lines, 10% of the town energy consumption shall depend on the renewable energy. SSCL proposes to install the Solar roof top PV on the identified Government buildings. The scope of works consists of “Design, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Roof Top Solar Photovoltaic Systems on Net metering (as per KERC Regulations) – On the Rooftop of Government Buildings in Shivamogga (approximately 438 kWp)”.
Shivamogga Smart City Limited (SSCL) (the “Facilitator”), hereby invites proposal from reputed bidders to Design, Finance, Manufacture, Supply, Install, Test, Commission, Operate and Maintain Rooftop Solar PV Systems for 25 years and execute Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with MESCOM on Net-Metering basis for selected Government Buildings (hereinafter referred to individually as the “Project”).
Technical Criteria:
Bidder in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2013-14 to 2017- 18, satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than Rs.80.00 Lakhs as prime contractor.
OR
The bidder should have designed, supplied, erected and commissioned as a Developer or Contractor, Solar Photo Voltaic based grid connected power plant(s) of cumulative installed capacity of 400 kWp or above in the last five years of which at least 200 kWp should be Grid-Connected Rooftop Solar PV Power Plants.
Financial Criteria:
Net Worth: The ‘Net Worth’ of the Bidder should be at least of Rs. 85 Lakhs for the last Financial Year (2017-18) and shall be profit making organization during 2017-18.
Bidder/Consortium should have in the last five years i.e., 2013-14 to 2017-18, achieved in at least two financial years minimum annual financial turnover of Rs. 1.70 Crores
