The Singareni Collieries Company Limited, a government-owned entity, has issued a tender for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 30W solar-based LED street lighting systems.
The project involves the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 30W solar-based LED street lighting system meeting OREDA standards. The initiative, aimed at enhancing lighting infrastructure in project-affected villages surrounding Naini open-cast mine and along the coal transportation road of Naini coal mine in Odisha, adheres to OREDA standards.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Bidders are required to submit an EMD of Rs. 4,93,000/- through the e-procurement platform’s Payment Gateway Service.
Bid submission closes on 18th April 2024.
Delivery Schedule: Tenderers must deliver the materials within 45 days, following the staggered delivery schedule provided by the GM (Naini). Installation and commissioning will be carried out as per instructions from the GM (Naini).
Warranty/Guarantee:The successful bidder must provide a comprehensive warranty for a minimum of 5 years from the date of installation, covering manufacturing, design, and installation defects.
Comprehensive Warranty Maintenance for 5 Years:
- Quarterly Maintenance:
- Solar modules and accessories to be checked, cleaned, and faulty components replaced.
- Quarterly inspection and service reports to be submitted to the Project Engineer, Naini Coal Mine, and recorded in the comprehensive maintenance warranty for 5 years.
