SJVN invites e- APPLICATIONS in SINGLE STAGE, ONE ENVELOPE BIDDING SYSTEM from prospective and experienced parties (“Applicant(s)”) for EPC and subsequent Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of PV based Solar Power Plants in accordance with the terms & conditions stipulated in this Notice Inviting Application (NIA) Document to enable SJVN Limited to setup the Solar PV Projects on the land banks available with EPC contractor or with SJVN/ procured through leased agreements and/or participation in the upcoming tariff based competitive bidding opportunities invited by various central/state organizations.
The empanelment will be done in following three categories:
a) ‘Category A’ – Up to 25 MW
b) ‘Category B’ – Above 25 MW & up to 50 MW
c) ‘Category C’ – Above 50 MW
Technical Eligibility Criteria:
Category A’ – Up to 25 MW
The applicant should have installed and commissioned at least one Solar PV Power Plant (single EPC contract) of individual capacity of 12 MWp or above during the last seven (7) years, ending on the last date of the month, prior to the original submission date of this
NIA, which should be in successful operation for last Six (06) months, ending on the last date of the month prior to the original submission date of this NIA.
‘Category B’ – Above 25 MW & upto 50 MW
The applicant should have installed and commissioned at least one Solar PV Power Plant (single EPC contract) of individual capacity of 25 MWp or above during the last seven (7) years, ending on the last date of the month, prior to the original submission date of this
NIA, which should be in successful operation for last Six (06) months, ending on the last date of the month prior to the original submission date of this NIA.
‘Category C’ – Above 50 MW
The applicant should have installed and commissioned at least one Solar PV Power Plant (single EPC contract) of individual capacity of 50 MWp or above during the last seven (7) years, ending on the last date of the month, prior to the original submission date of this NIA, which should be in successful operation for last Six (06) months, ending on the last date of the month prior to the original submission date of this NIA.
