Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited (UHBVN) a Power Distribution utility of Government of Haryana invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for Empanelment of agencies for Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning including warranty, spare parts and comprehensive maintenance of 1kWp to 500kWp Grid Connected Rooftop Solar system in residential premises under the jurisdiction of 9 operation circles of UHBVN (i.e. Ambala, Kaithal, Kurukshetra, Yamunanagar, Karnal, Panipat, Sonepat, Jhajjar & Rohtak circles)
The period of empanelment will be one year from the date of empanelment, which may be extended by one more year, on mutual consent. The applicant firm shall offer single rate which shall be applicable for supply, installation, testing & commissioning including warranty, spare parts and comprehensive maintenance of RTS system for 5 years. The rates will be applicable to all the firms registered with UHBVNL who wish to provide their services on the lowest quoted prices which are received under this offer. The selected firms will have the opportunity to execute the projects for which the sites can be identified by the firms or on the sites allocated by UHBVNL under the Grid Interactive Roof top Solar Power Plants in accordance with technical specification and various other requirements as per latest directions/guidelines of MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy).
