West Bengal Renewable Energy Development Agency herein referred to as WBREDA invites e-tender (Submission of Bid through online) through Domestic Competitive Bidding (DCB) from eligible bidders for following work.
Name of the Work:
Design and engineering, manufacture/procurement, testing, supply installation and commissioning, 5years comprehensive maintenance for 990 nos. of grid connected rooftop Solar PV power plants, each of array capacity 10kWp on turnkey basis. The detailed NIET may be seen and downloaded WBREDA website (www.wbreda.org) from 22.02.2021.
Estimated Cost of the Project: Total Rs. 40, 59, 00,000/- (Rupees Fourty Crore Fifty
nine lakh only). For 330 nos (bidding quantity) of sites, the estimated cost comes to
Rs.13.53 crores.
Qualifying Requirement For Bidders:
The Bidder must have to meet the following conditions for participation of bidding for
330 nos. Grid Connected Solar PV power plant of each array capacity 10 kWp.
Financial Capability:
Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of the Bidder for best 3 (three) financial years out of the last 5(five) financial years shall at least Rs. 4.06 Crore (Rupees Four Crore, six lacs only). Separate Certificate of Auditor has to be submitted in this regard.
Liquid Asset ** of the Bidder shall be at least Rs. 1.35 Crore (Rupees one crore thirty five lakh only). Bidder shall have liquid assets or/and evidence of access to or availability of credit facilities to make good the shortfall in liquid asset, if any.
Net Worth should be positive.
