West Bengal Pollution Control Board invites e-tender for “Design & Engineering, Manufacture/ Procurement, Testing, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 50 nos. Rooftop Grid Connected Solar PV Power Plants each of array capacity 10 kWp including five (5) years comprehensive maintenance on turnkey Basis at various location of West Bengal.” Detailed NIe-T may be seen from website of wbtenders.gov.in.
Qualifying Requirement For Bidders:
- Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of the Bidder for last 3 (three) financial years (i.e. for 2016-17, 2017-18 & 2018-19) shall at least 1.50 crore (Rupees One Point Five Zero crore only). However, in case of unaudited annual accounts for financial year 2018-19 will be accepted.
- Net worth for the each of the last three financial years should be positive.
- The bidder must have experience on Design & Engineering, Manufacture/ Procurement, Testing, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Grid Connected Solar PV Power Plants of array capacity aggregated 300 kWp or more during last 15 years ending the date of opening of this bid (technical bid).
- Three nos. of similar work order along with completion certificate of similar type of works executed each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.1.0 crore.
- Two nos of similar work order along with completion certificate of similar type of works executed each costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.1.35 crore.
- One no of similar work order along with completion certificate of similar type of works executed of which costing not less than the amount equal to Rs.2.0 crore.
