Bihar Renewable Energy Development Agency invites Bids for Empanelment of Bidders for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning with Comprehensive Maintenance (5Years) of Grid Connected Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems under CAPEX model for Estimated Capacity of Category-A 40 MW & Category-B 20 MW at various Government Building in the State of Bihar.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria : Consortium of maximum two entities.
The Minimum Capacity to be quoted by the bidder must be at least minimum 01 MW in each
category of Estimated Capacity. If offer quoted capacity by bidder in each category is less than 01 MW, the bid will not be considered and evaluated. Also, it is mandatory that bidder shall quote for both category A & B with at least 01 MW in each category.
The bidder/ Consortium should have cumulative experience of executed >= 600 kWp SPV Solar
Power Plant in India during last 5 years from the date of submission of bid.
(Required experience certificate issued from SNA/Gov. Organization/SECI/DISCOM).
