The Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation (TSREDCO) is taking strides towards renewable energy adoption with its latest initiative inviting bids for the installation of 1000KW On-Grid Solar Power Plants. Under the esteemed PM-KUSUM Scheme, this project aims to bolster the state’s renewable energy capacity while promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility.
- Project Scope: Design, supply, installation, and commissioning of 1000KW On-Grid Ground Mounted SPV Power Plants at 2 No’s Sub Stations of TSNPDCL Jurisdiction in Telangana state.
- Negotiations: TSREDCO reserves the right to conduct negotiations separately for the projects, if required or as per provisions of the tender bid document.
- Cancellation Policy: TSREDCO reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the invitation for bids without assigning any reason and shall bear no liability whatsoever consequent upon such a decision.
- Flexibility: The capacity of the plant may increase or decrease as per the site conditions.
- Financial Details:
- Bid Document Fee: Rs.59,000/- (incl. 18% GST), non-refundable, to be paid online from any Scheduled Bank to M/s TSREDCO.
- Bid Security Deposit (Bid Bond): Rs. 9,00,000/- (Nine Lakhs only), to be paid online from any Scheduled Bank to M/s TSREDCO.
- Performance Security Deposit (PSD): @ 5% on the total project cost with quoted price, to be paid online from any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank to M/s TSREDCO.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Technical: Minimum 800KW Single Capacity technical experience in Grid Connected Solar PV systems under Net Metering Scheme/Sale to DISCOMs/Captive Mode in any one (1) FY during the last 6 Years.
- Financial: Firms must have a turnover not less than Rs. 4.5 Crores in any one of the financial years during the last five financial years.
- Important Dates:
- Bid Documents Downloading Start Date: 26-02-2024 at 4:00 PM.
- Last Date for Uploading of Online Documents: 12-03-2024 till 03:00 PM.
- Pre-bid Meeting: Scheduled for 06-03-2024 at 11:00 AM at 33/11KV Substation, Argonda Village, Kamareddy District, Telangana.
