IOCL intends to select and appoint contractor through competitive bidding in two-bid system (i.e. PART-I : Techno-Commercial Bid and PART-II : Price Bid) for development of 600 KWp Captive Solar Power Project at IOCL’s premises of Gujarat refinery at Vadodara. The brief Scope of Work shall be as mentioned hereinafter but not limited to the following:
Part-A – Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC): Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, Packing and Forwarding, Transportation, Unloading, Storage, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 600 KWp Captive Solar Photovoltaic Project for captive consumption.
Part-B – AMC for 5 years from the date of commissioning and successful PGTR.
Power Supply Distribution System – Details of existing distribution system pertaining to this project shall be given after award of work to the successful bidder. All the feeders are fed through a 415V LT bus which is being fed by IOCL Grid.
The intending tenderers shall have to furnish proof of their prequalification and experience along with the Part-I (Technocommercial bid).
Participating bidder must be empanelled with the AE&SD department of IOCL corporate office as on date of floating of the tender under the specific category / region depending on the capacity of solar PV (SPV) plant i.e., 600KW (i.e., category – III).
