Jaipur Dairy, Jaipur invites tender in two cover system for selection of supplier Supply& Commissioning of 1.5 MW ± 20% Roof Mounted Captive Solar Plant Including All Accessories on Power 15Year Purchase Agreement (PPA) Model.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
The Bidder should be System Integrator / Project Developer / RESCO Company or a body incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 including any amendment thereto or proprietary/partnership firm. A copy of certificate of incorporation shall be furnished along with the bid in support of above. The bidder must have completed.
Minimum 3 projects of 1Mw or higher capacity and photocopy of performance certificate from the clients towards the satisfactory performance of equipment shall form a part of technical bid. The systems should have been operation for more than 18 months to asses the performance of the plant.
Minimum 2 systems with each site having at least 2 diesel generators synchronization must be commissioned duly last 5 years.
Must have been in business for 5 years in rooftop solar plant and should have completed projects of a cumulative of 1.5 MW and above. Upload copies of purchase order.
The successful Bidder will be one who fully agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions of this Bid documents without any omission, deviation and reservation and whose financial bid is evaluated as the lowest by Jaipur Zila Dugdh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh Limited, Jaipur.
And OR
The tenderer should have minimum 8 years’ experience as Solar PV Module Manufacturing.
The intending tenderer must and have executing contracts of Off-Grid/Ongrid Solar Photovoltaic Systems/Power plants (Installed, Commissioned & Maintained), with any Government Organisation / Agency/ SNA/PSU in the state of Rajasthan during last Seven years having Cumulative order value of minimum 5 megawatt having office & Service setup at Jaipur.
Average Annual Financial Turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year should not be at least Rs.50 Crores & a Net Worth of more that 10Cr. (Certificate to be submitted by CA)
EMD Amount in ₹: Rs 20,00,000.00
