The Sr. General Manager / General Manager, Ordnance Factory Ambajhari, Nagpur(India) on behalf of the President of India invites electronic bids (in two Parts; first part- Technical Bid, Second Part Price Bid) for the following machine through E-procurement.
I. 950KW (2 PACKAGES OF 475KW EACH) SOLAR ROOF TOP ON GRID PV POWER PLANT – 01 NO.
II. Quantity – 01 No. Detailed Specn. along with Tender Forms.
The vendors may upload their bids on line and submit their offers through electronic mode only. Earnest Money Deposit is to be submitted separately in favour of General Manager, Ordnance Factory Ambajhari, Nagpur – 440 021. Earnest Money Deposit is to be submitted on or before the last date & time of Tender submission.
EMD in the form of Bank Guarantee is only acceptable. In case firm wants exemption of EMD based on the valid authentic copy of NSIC/DGS&D registration certificate etc as per Tender terms, same should reach OFAJ on or before the last date & time of Tender submission. Offers received without EMD/Valid copy of DGS&D/NSIC certificate as per tender condition are liable to be summarily rejected.
The tenderer shall satisfy the purchaser that he possesses the necessary technical experience and qualification and that he has at his disposal suitable modern facilities and staff of specialized nature to ensure that his contract work is of best quality and workmanship, according to the latest engineering practice. The tenderer shall furnish necessary particulars in this regard along with the tender.
Financial Criteria : The tenderer must have average annual turnover of minimum 30% of estimated cost during last three years. OR The tenderer has the experience of executing One project of value not less than 80% of estimated cost OR Two projects of minimum value 50% of estimated cost OR Three projects of minimum value 40% of estimated cost during the past seven years, either as a single entity or in collaboration with minimum 25% work-share in terms of value.
It shall be the sole responsibility of the firm to obtain all the required approvals and permissions from other agencies including MSEDCL, MEDA, SECI etc., if any required for installation and commissioning of the plant.
