PEDA invites bids for 53.69 MW Solar Projects under Component-C of PM-KUSUM Scheme

Punjab Energy Development Agency (PEDA), the State Nodal Agency (SNA) for Implementation of New and Renewable Energy Sources in the State of Punjab, invites ‘Online’ Requests for Selection (RfS) of Solar Power Generators (SPGs) for Design, Survey, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance of 29 Nos.

Solar Power Plants of cumulative capacity 53.69 MWp and associated 11KV Transmission Lines with Metering, Protection and Switchgear system in PSPCL Grid Sub Station including integration of Remote Monitoring System (RMS) data of the different components of the plants with the KUSUM portal for 25 years (unless extended by both the parties on mutual agreement) through RESCO Mode for feeder level solarization of about 25000 grid connected agriculture pumps of 65 Nos. 11KV feeders emanating from 66/11KV substations of PSPCL in the State of Punjab under Component-C of PM-KUSUM scheme.

29 solar power plants of total cumulative capacity 53.69 MW are to be set up for solarisation of about 25000 grid connected agriculture pumps of 65 agriculture feeders.

The bidders should read the terms and conditions of the scheme document, Implementation Agreement (IA) & Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) carefully before submission of the bids.

Plant wise selection of the bidders shall be on the basis of the lowest levelized tariff (L1)
offered for sale of power for a period of 25 years.

The solar power generated by the plants shall be purchased by PSPCL at the levelized
L1 tariff duly accepted/adopted by the Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission
(PSERC).

PEDA will issue Letters of Award (LOA) & sign Implementation Agreement (IA) with the
successful Solar Power Generators (SPGs).

Last date of submission is 07/10/2022.

Earnest Money Deposit: Rs 1,00,000.00/MWp
