- Scope of Work: Survey, Design, Supply of Floater with Balance of System (BOS), Installation, Commissioning, and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of Floating Solar PV Power Plants.

- Envelope-A: Contains the Copy of Cash/DD/NEFT/RTGS receipt of Rs. 1,000/- +18% GST for document fee.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Firms should have experience in Design, Supply, Installation, and O&M of at least one single project of 50kWp Floating Solar Power Plant in any government departments, institutions, PSUs, or private companies across the country during the last 7 financial years.
- Financial Requirement: Business Associates should have a minimum average turnover of Rs. 30 Lakh/year during the last three financial years (2020-21, 2021-22, & 2022-23). A CA certificate with UID no. shall be submitted.
Validity of Empanelment:
- The empanelment of successful business associates shall be valid until March 31, 2024. REIL/committee reserves the right to extend the empanelment period based on the evaluation of the associates’ performance.
