SJVN Green Energy Limited, a subsidiary of SJVN Limited, is seeking bids from eligible contractors for the manufacture and supply of Solar PV Modules totaling 1960 MWp capacity. These modules are intended for installation in various solar power projects across different states in India.
However, the maximum capacity allocated to the individual bidder shall not exceed 700 MWp.The solar PV modules shall be installed in the following projects:

- Bidding Process: Single Stage Two envelope (Techno-commercial Bid & Price Bid).
- Eligibility Criteria: Bidders must meet specific requirements outlined in the bid document.
- Maximum Allocation: Individual bidders can bid for up to 700 MWp capacity, with no splitting required for projects.
- Cost of Bid Document: Rs. 5900.00 (non-refundable).
- Pre-Bid Meeting: Scheduled for February 21, 2024, at 11:00 Hrs, to be held via Video Conferencing (VC) at Corporate Headquarters in Shimla.
- Last Date of Submission: March 5, 2024, by 13:00 Hrs.
Technical Criteria:
- Manufacture & Supply Experience: Bidders must have manufactured & supplied Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) Modules with a cumulative capacity of 30 MWp or above in the last seven years. At least one supply order should be of 10 MWp or above capacity. Supply orders of 5 MWp or above will be considered for determination of cumulative capacity.
Financial Criteria:
- Annual Average Turnover: The bidder’s annual average turnover for the last three financial years must be INR 30 Lakh per MWp for the total quoted capacity or equivalent value in foreign currency.
